4. Pricing Disclaimer

Charcoal pricing fluctuates based on raw material costs, production costs, freight rates, and market demand. All prices quoted on this website or in initial communications are indicative only. Final pricing will be confirmed in the formal quotation issued for each specific order.

BlackCoal.in reserves the right to revise pricing at any time before order confirmation due to market changes beyond our control.

5. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery timelines provided are estimates based on standard logistics conditions. Actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Port congestion or shipping delays
• Weather conditions and natural disasters
• Customs clearance and regulatory inspections
• Strikes, transportation disruptions, or force majeure events

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, along with any individual sales contracts, are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions with BlackCoal.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India, unless otherwise specified in a written contract.

For international transactions, parties may agree to arbitration under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules.
